About Me

Hi, I'm Aneesh Bhatnagar, a graduate student at the State University of New York at Buffalo (SUNY Buffalo). I'm insanely passionate about software development, be it Web, Android or System Development.

As a graduate student, I have undertaken courses in various core areas, including Algorithms and Design, Software Systems, Hardware Systems and Artificial Intelligence as part of my curriculum. I have shown excellence in all these areas while maintaining a 3.8 GPA out of a maximum possible 4.0 GPA.

Natively, I am from India, where I pursued my undergraduate degree at Amity University. I was enrolled in the Bachelor's of Technology (B.Tech) program with Computer Science and Engineering as the major.

Apart from my course curriculum, I'm always interested in working on some "revolutionary" idea that I think might be a good product in the end (Frankly, it does not work out everytime, but I still try something new next time). Working this way, I have built a few apps, Android and Web, including the Coupon Manager Android App, Pomodoro Timer web app and many more. A few of these are still under development that should see the light of day in the coming weeks.

I'm also a strong believer in the Pomodoro Technique, which I follow every time I sit down to complete any work. It has helped me be more productive and get more things done in a timely manner.

When I'm not working I like to do various things that help me relax, which include listening to music or just reading a book every now and then. When I'm not in a mood to relax or work, I try to hit the gym or play Basketball to get myself pumped up.

Slash Coding is a blog I created where I used to share tutorials and how-tos about front end web development and Android application development. Due to time constraints, I have not been updating this blog but I plan to get on board with it really soon.
